The conditions governing commercial transactions on Pixalys.

These Terms of Sale apply to any subscription to a paid plan on the Pixalys Platform.
Pixalys offers several subscription plans (Free, Pro, Premium) whose prices and features are detailed on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in euros, excluding taxes. Pixalys reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with new prices applying only to new subscriptions or renewals.
Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider. The subscription is billed monthly, on the anniversary date of the subscription. Payment is due immediately upon subscription.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing period. The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the current period.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer. By subscribing and immediately accessing the service, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Pixalys undertakes to provide a service in accordance with the description of the offers. Pixalys shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, Internet network malfunction, or any event beyond its control. In any case, Pixalys's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user during the last 12 months.
In case of dispute, the user may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator is: [Mediator name]. Any claim must first be addressed to customer service at: support@pixalys.com.
